Blue V90R spotted at Stratstone Volvo (A610) 4/5/2007 ?

Just spotted a blue estate Volvo with twin s/s exhausts and badged as a V90R at stratstone Volvo on the A610 in Nottingham today at about 11:30am ... I think I have seen that vehicle in one of the members signature/profile pictures and the car is quite unique. Was it you or do you know who it was? I was going stop and ask if he was member of the forum but the owner seemed inq uite a rush and I had to get off to a meeting so didn't get the chance.

Was it a V70R? Never heard of a V90R.

Yes, the badge read V90R. I think it was a 940/60 style estate blue Volvo, with IIRC a prancing moose badge on it somewhere.

Hi, I been spotted..!!! This one: Yep, that was me picking up a "leaf spring" and racing off to do some work (had to as I get paid occasionally!) installing PC kit.. Should have honked.. :) Des. . . ;)

Hey Des, watched one of those car cop programmes on the telly a while back and they did a bloke for using those blue lights. He did have a few more than you and even though it was some dodgy pimped up car, they did him for impersonating a police car! Anybody know what the law says about that? I was behind you on the way into the Volvo dealership carpark enterance in the silver C70 T5 (cringe at letting those tech's run wild over it with their spanners) over this weekend. You actually spoke to my mate (lil girl in red peugeot) who was giving me a lift home. I was going to jump out and and say hi, aren't you a forum member? as your car is quite unique, but thought you'd probably turn round and say 'no' and think I am one of those internet weirdos lol.
